How would you feel if Yao played for China, while still retired from the NBA?

  1. I'd be upset that he wouldn't attempt an NBA comeback.

Let's say Yao heals up some more in the future. What if he decided to play for China in a tournament, olympic games, etc, but did not return to the NBA?

As a fan, would you feel upset? Happy for him? Not care?

His choice, I'll just be grateful for what he did here.

It's his choice. Why would this upset anyone any more than, say, Hakeem Olajuwaon deciding to play some pick-up games after retiring from the NBA?

As much as I love the guy, he's done all we can ask him too. Playing for China isn't the same as playing an 82 game season with a set of playoffs. I wish him the best. Big fella gave it his all...

It's just question that popped into my head, since i know fans like to talk about whether he plays too much or if he should stick to one or the other...personally i'd understand if he felt playing 10 games a year for China was fine, but that the NBa would be too much for him...i'm not fishing for any specific reply.
