   I want to take the family downtown and check out the sights from
   the top of a building. Does anyone know which building/company
   allows the public access to the top floor ( like an observatory ) ???

   The observation deck in the Chase Tower is on the 60th floor. It is the highest in downtown at 1,002 ft.
