Hayward doesnt have the change of direction as Ginobili (not many do) He's adept at ball handling but more linear in his drives. Would compare him more as a Hedo Turkoglu/Danny Granger type (yes thats a comparison to a pigmented player)

I have to admit, hayward shocked me last year. When Utah picked him in the lottery I figured they had to take the best white guy available especially since I think Paul George was still there. Anyways his college 3 pt% was low and I figured he was just a slowfooted, bad shooting wing.....I was all wrong, he is just a flat out ballplayer. Jeff Hornacek type career, him and jimmer could have been stockton/hornacek part II.

Budinger is WAY overproducing for his draft slot. But despite that Hayward is a legit lottery pick and looking like one, and couple years younger. Hayward is a better LEADER of a team, Budinger more in-the-background type.

You can have a crappy alpha type like Ricky Davis making your team lose with laid back Robert Horry being a better team player. But all things even you gotta think the leadership quality shows Hayward might keep working to be BETTER, while Budinger's laid back personality has already been questioned in holding back his progress.

2 whites guys. I think none.
And is this a necessary thread? At least compare someone worthy enough.
