If a man tells me he's going to run over the kids, not once, but twice, i'd just believe him and move them. No lesson is worth the lives of those kids....teacher definitely deserves some blame. Guy is crazy, he could have at least just kept getting closer and closer until they moved.
Of course the guy should not have done what he did but... ****ing just move the kids! tragedy avoided. r****ded stubborn people.
If it was an open street and the truck driver had the right to be there, then yes the teacher should have moved the kids so there is a slight fault on the teacher's part. However, nothing can justify the Mexican dude running them over...
This is how I assess the blame. Angry driver did it, so he gets most of the blame. This looks like it's a rural area in Mexico where there aren't many roads. Taking another route (if there is one) would probably cause him to be late to work. Still no excuse for what he did. It looks like it's a public street in front of the school, so he had the right to cross. It doesn't look like a lot of traffic flows through that street so you wouldn't need a permit to close it off for their rally. He did threaten her twice, but she was being stubborn. If she smelled alcohol on his breath then I blame her entirely. If she didn't then she shares some of the blame for stubbornly risking the lives of children in a hot place so close to the equator.
that guy would have gone ape **** if this happened to him. <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/gHT_ufv2iY8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
