Griffin(PF)34mins 66.3% FG%10/15,100% 3ptFG%,3/3 7Rbs, 3Blks.We have been waiting for him to show, he did it in this Game! Now the Guards should respect this fact and include him in the Show.It was the only real positive of the Game!

I was wondering who would be the first person to praise Griff after a week of constant bashing. And the winner is.................YETTI!!!!!

I thought he did well in his first 3 games on defense and the boards. All he needed was his shot back and he finally got it back today.Hopefully he keeps it up!!

His shot was off last year when he came back from injury. Maybe he just needs to warm up. Nice to have him back though.

Love to have The Griff back! With Kenny still not playing quite up to standard (he'll be back soon!), and Mo T coming back after a long time, we need The Griff to step up, and tonight he did.

In the first couple of games I was actually happy with Eddie because he wasn't shooting a lot of 3's. Last night's game he shot 3 and yeah he made them but still this guy has some low post moves and if we'd just give him the all in the post he could display them. I really hate to think of all of Eddie's talent going to waste camped out on the arc and become another Robert Horry. I don't care how many 3's he makes, he needs to be near the paint for offensive rebounds and tip ins.

He's only 20 years old, so even if he gets off to a slow month, give him some time. He may give us a reason to watch teh Rockets yet.

Griff & KT are my favorite Rockets.

12 shots inside the arc, 3 outside... I'll take that anyday from Eddie. By hitting a couple of outside shots it opens up the inside game for him, or by getting some post up baskets opens up the outside shots for him. Don't knock the guy for scoring all over the floor. Eddie is one of my favorite players to watch because I know at some point he will be a threat from any spot on the floor, making it very tough for the defense to match up against him.

If Eddie keeps playing like this, will MoT ever knock him out of the starting lineup?

This game sort of confirmed that Griff's only real problem right now is lack of strength and bulk. When he plays a team like the Sonics w/o a strong burly front line, Griff can get good shots off. With a couple more years of weight training and natural growth he should be able to play this way consistently against most teams.

Ed-D is one my favorite players; this is going to be his break-out year as many predicted last year. This guy has serious potential. Once he "decides" to get real aggressive (which is not his temperment) look out! He has outstanding basketball skills. Front page report is really funny; "Ginseng in his Wheaties.!"

I agree, that was great to see Eddie play well. However, I think there was another positive. It was great how we fought back to try and make a comeback in the 4th quarter! Shows the team has some heart.
