I'm not saying he is better then kobe but he is every bit the athlete and he has huge hands and a 7 plus wingspan. You obviously haven't seen anything on the kid. He can shoot the rock better then Kobe at this age as well.
I stay updated on all basketball on every level, both of those kids will be studs NO QUESTION. Originally i thought you were talking about current NBA guys when asking who would the next 2 super stars be, but since referring to college/high school guy i can give you a list of future PURE PRO's... one kid i think everyone in HOUSTON need to make time to go see is [Rasheed Sulaimon attends Strake] committed to Duke. He has that Kobe to his game a flat out KILLER, never have i seen a kid in Houston who hates losing as much as him. He is soooo competitive and also a GREAT kid. If thats not enough tune into a kid from Bryan/College Station area...[J'mychal Reese] has not committed as of yet but will soon wouldnt surprise me to see that school of choice being Kansas. Kid so talented it makes no sense lol. those are no question the top talents from this Houston area, two guys that can go anywhere and compete w/ ANYBODY. remember the names both are class of 2012... Last name i want you to check out is a Dallas kid, 2013. Name Keith Frazier STUD STUD STUD....wont tell you anything about him. Look them all up & let me know what you think...
Dunk at 44 second mark comes out of the hoop on a fast break (cuts to next scene before you can see if it fell back in or not). What a thing to have in a highlight video.
He is a lefty, that tends to make it look a little akward. His shot has improved a ton in the last year and continues to improve. Alot of people will eat crow in a few years when he is dominating college basketball. He is a very hard worker and many say he has that killer instinct. He has an NBA body now at 17 and looks like he could grow a few more inches and can put on more weight easily. This kid is the goods. Next years draft is considered to be one of the best drafts in a decade and he would be the number 1 pick if he was allowed to enter. He would have been the first player taken this year. He was born to score the basketball. His potential does not have a ceiling. The best prospect since D Rose
Errr...Jeremy Tyler was basically the next Shaq in high school. Unless they start dominating real competition I'm not believing the hype.
Shabazz reminds me of Nick Young. I'm not holding my breath. As for the big-man, he looks quite promising. Very good handles for a guy his size and he has a nice stroke on his jumpshot. Has a nice feel for passing as well! Best thing about him is his movement - the kid moves like a giant SF! If he keeps getting better then I can see a superstar future. Needs to ditch the fancy dribbles and keep focused on the simple things. All he needs to do is perfect his triple threat from the FT line extended down and develop a post game. Thanks for the post, OP

Yeah, I'm definitely more excited about the big than the SG. Scorers are abundant, but a big who can handle and pass and shoot like that is just impressive.
Another kid that has all star written all over him is Jabari Parker son of former NBA star sonny Parker. He is six foot seven and still growing as a sophomore in highschool. This kid can do it all and looks like the next great 3 in the NBA. Has a silky smooth feal for the game and looks like a young carmello out there with more athletism at his age. Going to be another good one to watch out for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zx6y0qx9Rc&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Andre Drummund is without a doubt the top prospect in the land at all levels of basketball. It's very obvious that he stands out when you look at the film. Has the chance to be the best big man in the world one day! Andre DRummund is challenging the NBA to enter nexts years already very deep draft. If he does enter, he Will be selected over Harrison Barns, ANthony Davis, Perry Jones and AUstin Rivers. He has enough credits to graduate now. He is going to try and enter next year draft. Time will tell I am not higher on SHabazz Muhammad over Andre Drummund, I just also believe that SHabazz has that IT factor and will dominate at UCLA in 2012 and will become a house hold name in the basketball world very soon.
He only played one year for real, his career got destroyed by really bad health issues, they removed his entire colon. That condition doesn't allow you to be in a great shape your entire life. So don't bring him up, he had all the assets to be a beast and one mediocre rookie year isn't enough to judge, see Kobe, Dirk,... Talking about guard busts you have to bring up Telfair who was healthy for the majority of his career but just flat out sucked.
I don't follow high school ball and have never heard of these guys, but here are my impressions based strictly off those two highlight clips. Andre Drummand First thing that stuck out was his left-handedness. All his drives were going left. He faked going right a couple of times but ultimately went left. I'm not saying he can't go right because I honestly don't know, but I didn't see it in that clip. Second thing. When he dunks it looks like he barely makes it, as in his hands barely clear the required height to stuff the ball. Andre Drummand Definitely more impressed with this guy, but again one thing stuck out like a sore thumb. He was taller than his competition by at least half a foot, an advantage he won't have in the higher tiers of basketball. Also, his jumpshot is really flat which could produce a lot of clankers but I guess at 6'11 he won't be expected to rely on it. Pretty sweet handles and court awareness for a big though.
Why are there no videos of Shabazz passing? On a serious note, he doesn't look like a once in a generation player to me. I would say maybe solid NBA starter at this point. You gotta remember with high school highlights, they are impressive but they are against other 16 and 17 year olds too. If I do say so myself, I look pretty dang good at the rec playing against 18 and 19 year olds.
Andre Drummond = The Truth In 5 years, he should be better than Stoudamire ever was, even before his surgery. Good touch, athletic, goes strong, excellent handles for his size, and physical frame to add bulk. Looks like he could be skilled enough to play the 4 and big enough to play the 5. Legit 20/10 guy and inside outside threat will he hard to defend. He will be posting up the Stoudamire's adn Bosh's, and taking the Howard's and Perkins' off the dribble. He will go #1
Shabazz is 6 foot 6 inches 215 lbs. He has a 7 foot wing span. He has an NBA ready body now. Only 17, very good chance he is not done growing
