    He had to give them the first to take Miller. That's $5M off our books. Couple it with Thabeet and the money the pick would have cost and you've got $13-14M gone.

    It means he's trying to sell Mchale for Howard, as Mchale is a guy who could really improve weaknesses in Dwight's game, like his shooting motion.

    By coach, it means they are going to use McHale and his rep with big men to sell Howard on wanting to come here. Then they have to figure out the player part of putting together a trade package

    Anyone know the info on the first rounder(s) we have currently? (As in lotto protection and team.) I know the one we traded away for Twill is lottery protected through 2017.

    Stein saying we've already traded the #38 as part of the Donatas/Flynn trade as well.

    To the Dwight portion-

    I'll take anything that has "Houston" and "Howard" in the same sentence.
