Kings have made it privately clear that they expect to trade 7th pick, sources
say. "They're confident they have deal," one official says.

My guess: The Rockets trade the 10th pick + Brad Miller (probably out for at least 1/2 a season, contract insured) for 7th + Garcia's contract or Beno's contract + $3 million cash.

There's is another rumor that the Rockets may have gotten the 10th pick from MIL. The Kings can move back to the 10th and probably still select a guy the way (the JIMMER!).

If that's the scenario...who does Houston select at #7?

Yeah...I wondered if Morey will snag the 10th pick for Lee and then trade the 10th and 23 in order to move up to the 7th.

Yes, that Spurs trade is the other possibility. I don't think the Kings would agree to take Jefferson's salaries, but if the Spurs drop that demand, there is a possible deal.

    My guess: Biyombo.

Detroit is reported to want the guy at 8th. So, if you are really jumping from 10th to to 7th, it seems Biyombo would be the guy you want.

I don't think he's there at 7th. My guess is the Cavs dick around with moving from 4th to a lower spot to pick him and pick up another asset, but end up deciding it's not worth the risk of losing the dude. It's the same thing they did with all the talks of being interested in Williams, Kanter, etc. at 1st and 4th... just trying to see if somebody will bite.

Jan Vesely, Jonas, Bismack, or another PG.

If Tony Parker does get traded to the Kings

Him and Tyreke Evans would definitely not work at all.

Well, seeing how the Rockets are rumored to be targeting Thompson or Biyombo, its a safe bet that no way in hell they are targeting Thompson or Biyombo. After what happened with Brandon Roy, I am pretty sure they will be keeping whoever they have in mind close to their vest until the last minute. Since Nbadraft.net has Leonard/Thompson/Morris going 7/8/9, and we have been linked to Thompson and Leonard, my guess would be Morris, who I happen to think is a top 3 talent in the draft.

I think we would take Leonard with the 7th if Jonas isn't there

Chad Ford reported that OKC is shopping Maynor - they were in talk w/ Kings and Bobcats. So, that is another possible destination.
