Judge invalidates vote ending red-light cameras

So amend the charter, whoopity doo.

 

I'll donate 75 bucks to the guys trying to keep them gone. I wish someone would start a legal fund.

 

I will continue not paying these warnings.
It's not like I try to run red lights. There is no grey area for these private contractors with Government backing/profiting.

Complete horse****. Thankfully, the fines have virtually no authority. So just don't pay them.

I believe the judge will get a percentage for each shot.

 

The two tickets I got snapped my rear license plate.

 

A lot of the cameras are set up to take a picture of the rear plates.

Has there been a lawsuit against the Red Light cameras in Texas? There was one in MN and the cameras were taken down and anyone who got a ticket from them had that violation taken off their records and also part of the settlement money.
