Not sure how solid this rumor is... but Morey/Les needs to get in on the Kings bailout plan.

Kings could have had a huge financial bailout last year if they would have been willing to trade for Yao's contract. A big time cash bailout.

We can still do it! We got the Battier trade exception! Eat Garcia's contract, trade up from 14 to 7th!

    Solid Idea Mr. Herrera.....

I don't know who we would target. Maybe Vesely could drop there?

And then move Martin for #2????

    Lowry/Lee/Morris/Kanter/Scola???

Bench: Dragic, TWill, Garcia, Hayes, Patterson???

Then send out Scola, Thabeet, Miller, Hill to Washington for Rashard and #6.

Draft Jimmer baby at #6 or flip the #6 into a 2012 non-protected first round pick.

Morris at 7. Kanter at 2. Can't get Kanter unless you take him at 2. He will be gone by 5.

You could probably take Derrick Williams at 2 and Biyombo at 7 if you preferred that combo.

I thought the Kings had to take on Marquees Daniels to stay at the mandatory minimum salary cap last season? If they trade players for cash they would fall below the minimum salary again.

But if they're holding a fire sale I'll be more than happy to take DeMarcus Cousins. He was the player I wanted most in the last draft.

Or you can take Williams and hope Jonas falls to 7 due to his contract. If we want Biyombo taking Garcia's contract isn't worth it, because we may be able to get him at 14 if we don't trade at all.

Isn't minimum team salary calculated at the end of the season? If so, can't they they simply stay under the minimum most of the year and then trade for somebody's contract at the trade deadline? Preferably somebody injured/insured... so the technically would meet the min but wouldn't be paying that much money.

Another than can use some cash/salary dumping is Charlotte. I'm sure MJ and Cho would not mind ridding themselves of, say, Diop and Carroll.

If that's the case then they should field a d league team and trade for Rashard Lewis at the deadline giving the Wizards a huge TE. Then they get a top 3 pick next year. DeMarcus Cousins please

Cash for Hassan Whiteside would be a major score...

The Kings are not looking for salary relief. They need to take on more salary. But those cheap Maloofs are for cash right now so if you throw in 3 mil and you are not asking for Tyreke or Cousins then they will talk.

What we need him for? We need Casspi to ransom him to the Nets when they move to Brooklyn.

He barely got playing time last year.. in the D-League.. though he was a blocking machine in those limited minutes.

Kanter/Derrick Williams for Kevin Martin is a really stupid move
