The big one which bugs people when they hear is it Shawshank Redemption.

I just have absolutely no interest in it, and even less because I can't stand Tim Robbins. So, meh.

For the longest time it was The Godfather movies, part 1 & 2, heard there was no reason to watch 3.

Recently watched them both, along with a lot of Deniro flicks I'd never seen, like Raging Bull, Goodfellas & Casino.

Still need to watch Citizen Kane, Gone with Wind and Leone's Spagetti Westerns.

    Red River

Pretty Woman (Richard Gere/Julia Roberts, bits and pieces)

Glad to know I'm not the only one who hasn't seen any of the Harry Potters. I think a series like that, you're either a fan or not, so it's not that surprising that many haven't seen any. I also notice many of the movies listed are epic series (trilogies or more) or extremely long (3+ hours)...

However, some of these were kinda shocking - I saw someone listed Forrest Gump?

For real. A lot of great movies mentioned in this thread.

Besides plutoblue's list, I've basically seen all of these movies. And I thought I was behind.
