Hypothetically speaking if these players where up for grabs which could very while happen based on rumors which would you prefer to had and what line up would you like to see? Each player has something the rockets need and could use.

    M.Ellis or A.Iguodala or D.Granger

    A.Bogut or AL.Jefferson or C.Kamen

4 out of those 6 selections have had major injury issues in past years... so if I had a choice I'd go fredv's route.

Iggy and Bogut. Iggy brings some skillset that isn't one of our back-court strengths, and Bogut is the biggest and most on-court reliable of those three bigs.

We would be a contender with Andrew Bogut. True story.

Dude leads the league in blocks and that was with a messed up wrist and elbow. People don't give him enough props simply because he's on the Bucks. Imagine how good he'll be once he's healed next season man.

Iguodala- best perimeter defender in the league, something the Rockets lack. Also would give them a second ball handler on the court with Lowry.

Bogut- not sure if this even needs explaining

    Definately Bogut.

Either Granger or Iggy as the other piece.

Bogut in a heart beat even with him being the worst FT shooter in the NBA.

I'd take Iggy over Granger because he has a more well rounded game - better defender , rebounder while not being a liability elsewhere - Granger while the better scorer isnt as well rounded nor as efficient.

I doubt we can get two of these players but if we can I would take Granger and Jefferson. If we trade kmart and hill for granger and rush our lineup would look like this:
    Lowry/dragic
    Lee/rush
    Granger/bud
    Scola/ppat
    Hayes/thabeet/miller
After that we could trade scola and thabeet for jefferson. Our lineup for next season would be:
    Lowry/dragic
    Lee/rush
    Granger/bud
    Ppat/hayes
    Jefferson/pick

Of course this is all hypothetical. I think the granger trade is more plausible than the jefferson trade but just getting one out of the two could help us because we could fill the other hole with the draft.

Scenario: Martin, Thabeet, #23 for Bogut and Scola, Williams, #14 for Iguodala. Or something similar if the salary exchange could be made more equitable.

Probably a ridiculous scenario, but this would be an interesting team, at the very least defensively.
    Lowry
    Lee
    Iguodala
    Hayes
    Bogut

    Dragic
    Budinger
    Patterson
    Hill

Iggy is the second coming of Trevor Ariza, a Master Brick Layer! I would want Al Jefferson! A low post player taller than 6'6!
