Not having heard it, I'd guess "Hard to Handle." It's more like "dunn dadun da-a-a-an, dadudaduh du-u-u-un." The first lyrics, if the bumper gets that far, are something like "Hey, babe, here I am / I'm a man on your scene (street?)". HTH!

THe one with McGwire is the theme from "Courtship of Eddie's Father". I assume it is the same for Elway though I haven't seen that commercial. CK
