And while Carlisle gives an interview and talks about his team having to limit turnovers, Marion makes another brainless play and hands Lebron the ball...
No chance? Wtf? How do you know that when the shot wasn't even attempted? If he didn't jump, then Wade would've landed on him and he'd get a foul, still could've gotten 3 freebies out of it if he had attempted a shot without jumping. Or at the very least, jumping and actually attempting a shot, instead of just throwing himself at Wade without actually trying to score the basketball. What he did was unnecessary and dangerous and not at all an attempt to score the basketball, but just a cheap attempt to exploit a rule. Not saying he's the only one that does it, but it's time we change the rules about offensive players deliberately creating contact like that without actually trying to make a basketball play (i.e. scoring the ball or setting someone else up). It's cheap and dangerous.
you knew barea wouldn't miss that. miami with a sliver of a chance to get some momentum and dallas shuts it off quickly. they're like the heat were versus chicago. every time chicago tried to get away the heat reeled them in. dallas just so damn confident.
If I were sitting in the front row and my team were down and out of timeouts in the final minutes, I'd throw a drink on the floor to stop the game.
are the heat the only team who gives dirk lots of 3's? it's ridiculous how bad haslem has been at some of these closeouts.
