where did you hear that from... im not saying it is wrong. but i asked the same question and i got an anwser saying hakeem was not interested in coaching i hope that is though that would be awesome.
If not Hakeem, then somebody who's capable of coaching big men needs to be hired. You have Yao, Collier, and Griffin who seem to have no clue how to play offense in the paint. Your biggest guys on the team are all taking perimeter or outside shots with no inside post up play at all. That's pretty sad.
Its about time we brought Jabar in for the Big Man! At least he is compitent and can be understood also he has experience working with big men!
Hakeem is a real business man around Houston. Owns alot of property, but hasnt really done anything to them. He bought out the Westhimer storage place right across from my work and some abandon oriental mall along Main Street towards Missouri City. He also bought out an old library in downtown that he was planning to convert to a mosque.
