I want to see Rick Adelman take McHale's spot on NBATV next year.

 

I really like Rick Kambla, he always brings professional enthusiasm and seems to know all the players and teams, even the D-League

 

Maybe he can coach and do the color, lord knows we could use a upgrade there.

 

I don't like him how fake he acts but the man certainly does homework.

 

McHale's always seemed like a genuine dude. I like the hire.

 

Never will happen, but sure wish they would bring Calvin back.

 

Same, i saw him giving attitude to the writer of the rookie rankings one time cuz the guy didnt include Greg Oden, and he specifically told the guy "I don't have any idea why anyone wouldn't include Greg Oden in the topic for best rookies but I expect to see him in there next week, alright thanks for watching folks"... It was not intended to be funny either. I was like, does he have it out for this guy or something..

 

I can see the press conference after the Rockets blow a lead late in the game...

McHale: "Well, the guys just petered out down the stretch."



I did like the fact that he said the Rockets play a style he likes...fast. Definitely glad JVG was not re-hired...couldn't stand 87-84 games anymore.

 

me too...i think he's a good fit for the roster and the organization. I dont say much on here, but feel like people do way to much hating before giving him a shot. Kinda sad.
