Mike Brown is a puppet. He is controlled by Kobe. He will sit back and let the players play the greatest pick up game ever.

I think hiring of McHale is a move for us to suck for about the next three years so we can get the lottery.

    Harrison Barnes?

Beyond that, the Rockets are likely (via Finch) to continue with a large part of Adelman's offense. But I don't think abandoning the triangle in favor of Kobe doing the "LeBum ISO" is going to help the Faker$ too much. ;)

Given that choice, my response would be, "I'll pass. Who else is out there?"

Both choices are "head scratchers." As a long time Rockets fan, I barely have any hair left. Since Les took over it has one crazy down hill ride. Morey may save the day or he may be part of the decline. I know this, despite our collection of "assets," the Rockets are on the outside looking in. The talent level of the play off teams is far, far ahead of ours. I like our guys, they work hard, do their best, have skills, but overall, they are stuck in the middle of the pack. A Dwight Howard level acquisition could quickly change our fortunes, but we would have to ship out a boat load of our best players and then what? Anyway, Mike Brown to the Lakers, wow, that is one dumb move.

Judging by the poll, Les Alexander is not nearly as dumb as Jim Buss.

I know a lot of Lakers fans. And they are shooting themselves left and right. :)

Rockets made the better decision because they are rebuilding and not close to being an elite team.

The Lakers are still an elite team, one that is close to a championship again... yet they get a guy that choked in LA, and couldnt stand up to his best player. Also, the Lakers had the option to add Adelman, and instead went for the babysitter.
