who would you cheer for?

I'd go with the Mavs, if i can't root for the home team, I root for the home-state team.

 

I want Lebron to get a ring so Heat.

 

the refs, but realistically i would go with the mavs. dirk sticking with dallas for so many years, and not taking the easy way out e.g. lebron/bosh, seems like a fair ending.

I do not respect any Rockets fan who cheers for the Mavericks. In fact, it makes me gag thinking about Cuban's face plastered all over the NBA finals again, and some fans still cheering for him.

Do you have no shame? Do you not remember 2005? Have you not seen Mark Cuban's face?

I am indifferent at best regarding the Heat, but I still like Dwyane Wade for what he did to the Ponies back in '06. I only pray that he can do it again.

OKC v Heat final would be fun.
I think OKC matches up against Mavs pretty well, but Griz probably would be crushed by the Mavs.

Mavs. even tho i don't like the team but i appreciate what Mark Cuban has done for the team. i'm rooting against the Heats simply because of the 3 stars. i hope the Bulls can knock them off.

The Mavericks are not our rival, the Jazz are. The Jazz have beat us time and time again in the playoffs. We lost one tough series to the Mavs back in 05 but that is not enough to make them a team that every real rockets fan should hate. They weren't even a factor back when we were winning championships either. The old Supersonics and Jazz are the only two teams a real Rockets fan shouldn't cheer for.
