Everyone knows that real hip hop is in the underground, hidden in the streets waiting for someone to hear it. So post videos of hip hop artists that people probably never/will hear of due to lack of promotion, hustle, luck etc...The only requirement is that you think they have some sort of talent/potential. Here's one random guy that posts alot of YouTube videos, a lot with less than 1,000 hits, I think he usually has clever word play and smooth delivery, maybe he just needs a little more charisma. <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/7hQ039Sobr0?hd=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Here's another, y'all actually may know him from the now popular group Atmosphere when he was Spawn and rapped with Slug, and Ant on Overcast!(a classic album). After that first album he left, and dissapeared, he now makes music as Rek The Heavyweight <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zjIIoawyorA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Some hiphop from my town <iframe width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/BH_670b19QI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
what about this? 90s gangsta rap with tons of wordplay too. <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/yQyfnT6h85s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
This man knows what he's talking about, wordplay being too nerdy is just an excuse for those without enough intellect to appreciate what an artist is tryng to do.
always thought it was clever and funny nsfw Spoiler <iframe width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-eBcN8RDw0E" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The first guy sounded off-tempo and the second guy sounded like early, early '90s stuff that I would hear when I visited relatives in New York. Nice to be taken back to that pre-Tupac/Biggie, hooded-sports-jacket black-and-white video era, but probably not that groundbreaking.
