It is an ultra-violent comic book that was made into a cheesy Stallone movie. I'm pretty sure it is the only movie you will see pair Rob Schneider with Max von Sydow and Armand Assante though. They really did not skimp on the casting in this one, in addition to the aforementioned, they also had Diane Lane, Jürgen Prochnow (of Das Boot fame), and Joan Chen.
One of the greatest lazy Sunday movies of all time. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2aaubVlhNK4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I'm referring to the Stallone movie. It was on cable last night and I started watching it and couldn't get past maybe 20 min. Cheesy acting Cheesy dialogue Cheesy special effects I couldn't believe Stallone actually agreed to be in this movie. What the hell was up with those motorcycles?

I've heard really good things about this film and rottentomatoes also has it rated pretty damn high...I'm surprised! might have to go see it.
I enjoyed it. The action was great and was "Tarintino" violent. The plot didn't interest me as others cause I saw it done in Raid: Redemption, but enjoyed the hell out of it. Judge Anderson is hella hawt, coming a long way since being Juno's best friend.
