I just want to note that Morey has repeated said there will be no tanking even after Adelman left. He's not blowing up the roster simply to get worse.

The tanks are not coming to rescue us. Like it or not, we'll get more attempts on trading for stars (most of whom don't want to be here). Best of luck to us.

OK, now I'm totally confused. What is the plan then?

I thought we were going to follow Morey's plan to fire Adelman and start tanking...
like Petrie did in Sacramento. What's the plan now?

Why tank? Being 9th seed every year is awesome.

Fine, but incremental changes and intangibles aren't going to be enough either. We don't have the cap space for a star, and our assets aren't all that good either.

Tanking combined Coach Woodson or Mike Brown go hand in hand. Why even contact Woodson if we aren't tanking?

We won't tank but I do think Morey will move guys like Martin and Scola for high ceiling guys that might make us worse now but possibly better later. Not tanking in the traditional sense but instead being part of a larger plan.

If you guys think mediocrity is bad, let's see how the next 3 seasons play out. Might as well get rid of Martin and Scola cuz they will both be retired by the tine we are ready to compete.

The tanks were not here to begin with. Thats the funny part. Yao was not a tank. He was a very large Miata at best.

I don't expect Morey to tank either; however, I fully anticipate a Martin/Scola Package moving out.

A package that could definitely net a nice return

It's awesome how everyone thinks they're a bust already? Let them be on the roster for a full season.
