NBA Hall of Famers traditionally flop as head coaches. The usual knock is they do not have patience or understanding to work with the 99 percent of players that do not have the work ethic or talent they had.

I think Dream has said that he wouldn't be interested in coaching a squad because he isn't suited to it. He mentioned that as the reason he coaches individual players; he feels better suited to passing on his skills in the post.
