How come you can never play Splitscreen bots anymore with ps3/xbox? I bought killzone 3 the other day because it says 1-2 players and it has botzone, but again you can't play splitscreen with bots. Are there any first person shooters with Splitscreen bots these days? Thanks in advance
I'll go with getting old for one hundred, Alex. Embrace it like we all do. I miss when movie comedies actually had a story line, "Trading Places" "Spies Like Us" but you don't hear me complaining about the stupidity of the hangover, and ricky bobby and crap like that.
Fot that matter why no RTS games on consoles, only PC's? I bought a blazing laptop and bought Starcraft II. I've played it once to try and get the hang of it....slowly and at my own pace. You know pause whenever I wanted to take care of the kids, etc... Man, I got whooped real quick and to find out I'm playing someone online who's taunting me!!! Blizzard!! Cracks me up, since I didn't read instrucitons or anything, I just wanted to HDMI it to my bigscreen and play from my lazyboy. I have no idea the sequence of building because it's all in the future. I may have to find an old Age of Empires or something because at least I know what a cannon does. And FYI the HDMI output looked like shickaka. Still can't get a true HD on anything although my display settings all say I'm HD. Sorry for the offtopic 2cents of nothing
RTS is one of the last remaining genres that hasn't been dumbed down to fit the console audience (i'm overlooking blizzards failure to port starcraft to the n64)
If you want Resistance 2 I can sell it to you for $10. Goes for $20 at Gamestop. Just send me an email.
Gears of War 2 had bots, which was nice I never expect it any more, but I'm happy when they add it in.
Split screen local multiplayer? I can't think of a game that doesnt have that and a decent amount of games have split screen online play
I have the same problem. There are not enough multiplayer games offline. Killzone 3 has been the best of late for coop campaign. Im sure companies want to sell more copies instead of allowing for it.
