Man Peter Vescey has been making up random rumors for years.

This could be . . interesting.
What are the rules on those picks again?

Yes, but pleeeeeeeease let this happen. I want the Knicks to continue being a sideshow. Giving the keys to Calipari would guarantee that.

Hmm, I was looking at Sacremento and they have two Calipari players (Evans and Cousins) plus they could be in position to draft Terrence Jones this year, and they do need a scoring wing or another power forward and Jones fits in as a combo forward. But would he go to Sactown or the Big Apple?

I'll let Hayesfan and other UK partisans confirm, but I don't believe Cal and Cousins got along all that well.

If the Kings move to LA, their franchise instantly climbs way up the food chain on being a desirable destination. It could happen but I thinkt he Maloofs are smart enough not to want Cal.

Please? Can we? Calipari would be Isaiah v2.0 and that would be good for our pick next year.

Dolan is trying to outdo Isiah in being a goof. Never thought anyone can be more detrimental to basketball club than Isiah Thomas.

Isiah Thimas is the anti-christ as far basketball clubs are concerned. Or anything else that requires sound decisions and judgement to progress. But I guess Dolan is trying to prove the doubters wrong. If Isiah is the anti-christ then Dolan is the devil himself.

if the rumor is true (and we are talking about peter vecey here) then dolan is only thinking of this in order to get on wes' good side so he talks paul into signing there.

i hope this happens so the hornets can go back to sucking.

    Oh thank god!

Cal takes over. Defense and offense get worst. Melo and Stoudemire drama when Cal starts letting them decide when to check into the game again. Billups gets hurt.

And with the 3rd pick in the NBA draft, the Houston Rockets select...

    Sidebar:
Vescey actually doesn't make up stuff, he has as many inside sources as anyone. Difference is, he's lightning quick to print anything, even if it's far far far from being a done deal.

So 80% doesn't come to pass...but it doesn't mean it was BS to start with.

Calipari does want back in to the NBA, so it's possible this actually came out of his camp.

They got along. Cousins spent a lot of time hanging out with Coach Cal's son playing video games.

Cal is going nowhere this year.

    What Shaud said.

Cousins had some issues with effort and such at the beginning... and he tended to speak his mind/question authority rather than just doing as he was told... but personally they like each other.

And I agree.. Cal isn't likely to go anywhere this year. He wants a championship, I don't think he'll leave until he gets one.

I don't think Cal leaves for any other school.. but an NBA head coaching job? That could be a different story.

It's Peter Vecsey, so I'll believe it when the call the press conference to announce it. If true, though, that's the worst idea I think I've ever heard. Well, besides continually giving Isaiah Thomas a say in things.
