This makes me a sad sad panda.

Absolutely no need to remake this movie, it is still almost perfect as is.

We are going to have to start referring to Hollywood as 'Hollywood Rep'..

    sigh...

If they can get a soundtrack anything close to the original then they should do it for that reason alone.

Why would they remake something that was pretty close to perfection as is? You're only setting yourself up for disappointment...

That mere idea of that fetid turd of a movie being made is inciting Sir John Gielgud to roll in his grave, I have no doubt.

I'm not sure if it's possible to have anything close to that soundtrack anymore.

That was an era of music that matched perfectly with the tone of The Crow.

Unless this new crow was into bling and bubblegum pop.

I vote yes. On building a time machine to travel back and prevent this from ever having happened.

Actually, the novel was pretty badass but TPTB pretty much bastardized the script to the point it became a freaking comedy-parody of the Crow movies.

After Heath Ledger portrayed the Joker so well, I'm willing to give anyone a chance HOWEVER...BRADLEY COOPER???

Dude looks like a superhero but not the Crow. Nothing against Cooper because he is a good actor in the right roles but just doesn't give off the dark/brooding vibe that the Crow needs to have.

No kidding. Why not just go all the way to ridiculous and cast Will Farrel? Maybe they can get Dom Deluise to play Top-Dollar.

I agree... I have no problems with Cooper... but I can see the pitch right now:

Executive 1: We need a star for this "Crow" reboot. Who do you think should play The Crow?

Executive 2: Who's that good-looking guy from The Hangover? Something Cooper? Played the clean cut, football playing, frat boy a--hole in Wedding Crashers?

    Executive 1: Bradley Cooper?

Executive 2: Bingo! I'll set up a lunch. Okay then... problem solved, I guess. Wow... that took like 20 seconds. We're amazing at this!
