He knows how to handle NBA talent seeing as his entire team is One and Done's 2. He is a brilliant coach with good success in terms of Final Fours 3. He is fiery and develops players very well (See Derrick Rose, Wall, Terrence Jones, Josh Harrelson before and after Calipari) Cons: 1. His success can be due to superior talent over coaching ability (speculation) 2. He has gone many times to the championship game/Final Four and did NOT win 3. He is a college coach and usually that does not transfer well. Discuss!
