Well, if this isn't a hint, then what is? My brother fought for us in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghan last year and then went to Saudi Arabia for a couple of months. He came home July 24th. Today...not even 20 minutes ago...someone from the Marines called my brother and asked him: What size are you in pants? What size are your boots? He told them the size and he then asked what was the purpose of them asking. The person on the phone said that they are ordering desert colored clothing and needed his updated size to place orders. He then called me and told me that we might have to put our business partnership on hold since it looks like he might be on his way again. He said there was no way they would be outfitting his platoon if they weren't on their way somewhere. He said there could be an outside shot that they are just low on supplies but he said he doubted that since they had plenty of uniforms from what he remembered. My mom is already flippin out. Now, usually, I am all for any can of whoopass being opened in the name of our security and freedom. But damn! He just got home. And he is only 20! Talk about seeing the world. Anyways, I asked him again if I could go with him. He gave me the same response: "You stay here with your baby. I'll take care of it!" He might be on his way with a whole case of Dominican Whoopass. Watch your back, Saddam. Watch your back, Saddam.
Your brother is an American hero. I wish him the best in this very necessary war against a threat to world peace. His efforts are greatly appreciated across the world, and he has my full support.
I wish your brother well Almu. Thanks for the info. I don't like war, but it's about time they did something.
Wish your brother well for all of us. I will keep him in my prayers. He has my undying respect for his service to this nation.
I've got a joke for your brother, Almu. This is from my cousin, also a Marine. Why do U.S. Army guys say "Hoo-aah!"? Cause it's hard to say "Hoo-rah!" with a dick in your mouth. In all seriousness, your bro is doing our country a great service. Hopefully, war won't be necessary in Iraq; but if it becomes so, I wish all the men & women of our armed forces nothing but the best.
