It seemed to start last year with his bickering with Ariza and flared back up again this year after Lowry took over his starting gig. Definitely not the player I remember from a few years ago.
For AB, the problem tonight wasn't getting tossed with a minute left in what ended up being a blowout, it was his ineffectiveness. Seemed like defenders were glued to him and he couldn't shake anybody. Eric Maynor had his number tonight. AB should be able to score easily against backup PGs.
Okay so Dowdell got ejected. AB grabbed his junk and was saying **** to the Mauer. AB gets thrown out. Question is, why did Dowdell get ejected?

Word on the Sun's forum is that Dowdel said he got "Disrespected". Not anything like racist, but along the lines of your a scrub and you should be happy that your getting any playing time or money at all probably when he was asking about a call. Brooks then said something like "You should have waited till we got off the court" or something to back him up but not to maur. The crotch thing seemed like reason to toss him since he was pissed so i think thats why maur did it. Not sure if dowdel was right in talking back but if its true then thats fd' up.

The NBA has put a hush order into place, meaning something is going to be announced tommorrow, gortat really seems to make it sound like He'll get shot if he says something now, and dowdel was the same way. Next game AB should try to mend fences with the refs. It'll be bad for him if he gets a target on his back. I thinks after the ball-tossing incident, he's gained a bad reputation.
Brooks has a history of being a hothead and needs to learn how to control his emotions. BUT reportedly in this situation he was sticking up for his teammate who the official called a b**** (maybe more, the team was instructed to not talk about it). I don't really blame a guy for getting fired up in a situation like that.
AB really went down a slippery slope...once you get on the bad side of the officiating fraternity, you might as well kiss your career goodbye.
