T-Will's problem is attitue and ego. T-Will hasnt tried to adapt to Aldemans system and he isnt holding himself accountable. He thinks the whioe world is against him.

This has nothing to do with skills which he has levels more than Bud any day of the week. He has damn good game and he has proved that in the NBA level at the end of last season when he was starting for the Nets. He just needs to learn how to mould that game into different coaching styles. Adjust his attitude and move on.

If Portland had it to do over again, do you think they would've traded J'Oneal for dale davis?

I understand what the op is saying, but I think as an organization you have to know where you are as a team going forward. There have been many times when a guy has matured later, but were given up on early. Chauncey,Joe Johnson are just a few examples. On this rockets team, williams made 0 sense, but I understood why he made it. The trade of williams should've meant the departure of either Lee or Chase.

Raw guys coming out of college need consistent playing time. If a team is in the championship ring chase, thats kinda different even if a guy like Jackson and Parker were up and down as young players. It really doesnt make alot of sense to make in season trades with adelman at the controls. He's a huige practice guy and with a mid season trade, that player doesnt get alot of practice time. Also, some guys are terrible practice players like sam cassell.

I would hope that at this point in their basketball careers that TWill and Thabeet are past the point of the basketball equivalent of the Pythagorean theorem... I hope they're at least doing some advanced calculus or theoretical mathematics. These are supposed to be 2 of the best 200-300 players in the world, if you consider the NBA to be where best are. They should know the basketball fundamentals.

Take a look at Goran Dragic... he has not needed any offseason training to fit right in. He just gets it. I just don't think these 2 are that good.
