I'm probably the biggest Derrick Rose fan on this forum. I've followed him since the beginning of his rookie season and watched him grow. In that pre-season, I said that he could end up better than CP3 and D-Will. Most people here either disagreed or ridiculed that statement. Now it's great that so many are on the Rose bandwagon. I've also been a Bulls fan since MJ's days.

With that all said, there is NO WAY IN THE WORLD I would chant "MVP" at Rose if I was at a Rockets home game playing the Bulls. That would be crazy.

Chanting MVP to an opposing player is extremely disrespectful to our own players IMO

I would never ever do it

Rose is outperforming himself, he truly deserves it. BUT-
I would be very pissed off if this had happened at the Toyota Center..

The Hawks are pathetic and their fans are beyond fickle (even more-so than sports fans normally are). This doesn't surprise me at all.

If the playoffs started today they would get swept out of the first round. Mind you, we're talking about a five seed here.

Ugh, my misery as an NBA fan will never end.

I had a connecting flight that stopped in Atlanta before making my way back to Houston. Up until last year before the Atlanta Hawks basically showed no heart, no effort, no tenacity, no hunger to win in the playoffs; they used to be my second favorite team after the Rockets. The team changed and really wasn't the team I fell in love with when they really gave it to Boston :)

Anyways, I was looking frantically through the Airport all over to find a Josh Smith jersey or T-shirt as a souvenir and didn't find a thing to my disappointment.

On the flight to Houston, I found this dime who looked exactly like Shakira so I decided to make some small talk and get chummy. She was coming down for the weekend to party in Houston. I told her how I was a big Atlanta Hawks fan at the time and she looked at me like I was crazy. I asked her why? She said that nobody cares about the Hawks in Atlanta, Nobody lol

Cool Story Bro, I know

There were a good number of Bulls fans at the game. So might have been most of them.
