    I really hope he can come back and be effective. He's been incredibly unlucky the past few years.

    Always thought it was fascinating that someone who couldn't shoot at all in college became such a deadly 3pt shooter at the NBA level. Makes me wonder how good certain players *coughrondocough* would be if they had the gym rat mentality just in terms of working on their shots.

    Great guy, bad luck. Wish him the very best. Hope he plays well enough to sign a contract with another team for next season. If not, he's made a boatload of money.

    I read he could've come back at the beginning of the season but wanted to be 100%. Maybe Yao should've taken this approach?

    i guess the bucks fans are as pumped up as we were for yao's return.

    It's called a "Contract Year"

    Damn straight he wants to play this year because his future contract depends on it.. I don't care if he plays like a Tier 1 star because he can be masking his pain "physical problem" for 2months just to make another good contract signing..

    I have been a long Michael Redd fan but he's had some injuries and is not getting any younger.. I believe the Rockets organizations wants an injury free star.
