LA Lakers vs Miami Heat

To his credit, he has been hanging around grasping straws while he's been at it.

 

Cannot troll the YOF's right now, so felt like having some fun

 

Good game...can't complain about refs..sometimes you get calls, sometimes you don't, and especially not against the Heat in their building..

Heat and LA are similar in that they both have serious talent but are mentally not there at times....though I'd say it's more serious for the Lakers. Close game, and result was totally in the realm of expectations.

 

Oh, the irony.

 

Actually right now Lakers are #3 in the West and Heat are #3 in the East. And they have almost the same record.

 

Exposed to Charlie Sheen's magic... now the lemmings will proclaim that they've solved everything

 

Actually Dallas is being Dallas (paper tiger) and SA is being ....Dallas

Still, credit deserved by both teams...though we'll see in April

 

Dallas is not as good as their record (poor point differential), but they also would be contending for the #1 seed if Dirk wasn't out because they lost half of their games over that two week period. Fact is, right now they are #2 and would have HCA in the 2nd round against the Lakers, should both team make it. That may of course change with another month left. But I expect the Heat to pass the Bulls too.

 

Not impressed by either team.

Dallas will beat both of 'em in the playoffs.

If the Heat even make it past the Celtics.

 

So you expect the Magic to go on a big winning streak and end up in the #2 or #3 seed?

 

Just predicting from precedent...even when Dirk was healthy, Dallas was always all about noise in the regular season and disappearing in the playoffs. Bulls play with alot of heart, and have a better record than their talent should allow. Like I said, none of this means much until the true season starts in April.

This isn't Spurstalk, if you want to support Miami then Miami fan board is the way to go.

This is a Rocket fans board, so Yao Ming is well respected around here if you haven't noticed.

 

Wade won that game tonight. He took it to Kobe on both sides of the court. Miami actually matches up well with LA, assuming Bosh brings it, since LA doesn't have a killer PG. If only they could get out of the East.

 

The Mavs haven't played all that well lately. Bad enough that Carlisle called them out for being soft. http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nba/news/story?id=6200741. I expect the Lakers to pass them and get the #2 seed. Even if they finish #2, home court won't help the Mavs against the Lakers.

 

Why you keep asking if people are mad? Most of us are Rockets fans who are on a Rockets site.(Imagine that!) Only Heat fans like yourself and Laker fans would come away mad from this game. Fortunate for you, your team came out on the winning end. No one is mad. Yeah, go ahead and ask me if I'm mad

As flamingdts said, Heat won, you're out in full force trolling. Heat were losing, you were nowhere to be seen, and if so, you were putting things in the Heat PR washing machine on spin cycle.
