Tonight's game: Rockets vs. Spurs

Not on Dish. If you have league pass from Direct TV you might be able to get it. They have been showing a couple of preseason games each night, but not all of them. Show the Rocks now!!!!

 

It's not listed as a game on League Pass. I e-mailed In Demand to see if this one would be picked up due to the interest in Yao, and they replied it is possible. I think that was a polite way of saying no chance. NBA TV may cut in to coverage but other than that it's Ch. 51 in Houston, radio, or Clutch Chat.

I'm surprised no San Antonio channel has picked up the game for their local market.

 

I haven't seen any of the Spurs preseason games on local TV. I guess they feel there's not enough interest in them.

 

A real early chance to see how my bet is shaping up! Hopefully both TD and Robo play.

 

leaguepass will probobly not pick up the game because its not 100% sure that yao will play.

they will probobly have the game against the 6'ers, when yao will definitly play.

 

I recently got League Pass for the first time this year after a few years of suffering through Knicks and Nets basketball. I checked with my League Pass schedule here in NYC via Time Warner Digital Cable, and it doesn't look too good for the Rockets preseason game tonight. Does anyone know if once the regular season starts this will be a problem? i.e., will miss Rockets games during the season. Oh well, at the very least I will get a chance to see the Rockets live twice (@Nets and @Knicks).

if you have LP, you'll see all of the rockets regular season games. LP is just sporadic with the pre-season games. you'll be ok.

The way I understand it, if it's on local Houston TV..it will be on League Pass..
and all the Rox games will be broadcast locally...so therefore...you should see them on LP...

Im wondering how much Yao will play tonight. Im guessing, 20-25 mins, foul trouble notwithstanding.

 

Rockets.com says he will be in for limited minutes...take it as you will....

My guess would be 10-15 minutes max..
