If Hamilton does reach a buyout with the Pistons would any of you consider signing him for the vet min, or a small slice of the MLE? I'm intrested to see what people think, i'm not saying i'd sign him either...

Nope, old and done, who is he gonna play in front/behind. Plus he aint going to be the difference maker. Rather develop the young lads.

    Why?

We have Martin that plays like him.

and we have Lee that looks like him. We have two Rips, why do you want one more.

Hamilton's supposedly one of the big instigators in the player revolt against Kuester, so I vote no. If he's unhappy he's the type of guy to blow up the locker room.

Rumor is that Prince isn't happy either. I'd be happier with Prince, who's long and exploits that when playing D.

That's something else I hope the new CBA changes: vets on bad teams getting bought out and then signing with a contender for cheap. One, it increases the gap between the good teams and the bad teams. And two, it encourages the superstar movement too because the receiving team knows it can gut their team to get another superstar and they'll still be able to rebuild their benches with vets cast off from the losers for the playoff run.
