To me what you're saying is a no-brainer, though I'm sure many here with no brains will disagree. Nash and Billups are two who developed late, with one becoming a superstar of sorts. There are others, but can't think of a big man who was late to develope...so point well made. And sometimes a trade causes a change in chemistry and this can improve everything for a team. This of coarse is a factor that can not be determined until after a trade is completed, so of no value in this discussion.
