Offensive rebounding was a known strength of his at the college level. He needs to work harder on boxing out and getting more defensive rebounds as well.
Patrick is going to be a nice player, no doubt. Daryl Morey strikes again. I am praying that the Pacers would look at a Yao/Battier/Scola type deal, for you know who.
Once again, if it wasn´t for Lee, Scola, Battier, Bud, Hill, Brad, and specially AB, we would have lost this game. All of these guys are studs in this league, and I can only hope we can keep them for years. Horrible game for Martin, Hayes, Lowry, and specially P-Pat, these guys suck as usual, I would love to trade them, but there are no teams that want these players with horrible contracts. Thanks to all 29 GMs for reading my post PeAcE
Ahh yess good to see Patterson getting the job done representing Kentucky well. Hope he builds off this game. No Kevin Martin in the 4th, just the luck of my fantasy team. Good win
Great win and 2Pat looked like he is ready to get increased minutes. Speaking of minutes I thought it was interesting that 11 players got playing time tonight and TWill wasn't one of them.
Yes, if we could get an athletic small forward and a quality big man for Martin and Scola, I think it would make us a better team. It's time to let the young guys take over.
At least we are all Wildcats! Great game by Patrick tonight... took advantage of the minutes he was given!
Depends on who we get at the trade deadline. If we don't get a go to scorer in the fourth (seems likely we won't), I'd like to see us tank and draft someone like Perry Jones or Kyrie Irving. Get a superstar in the draft and put them with the young talent we have now. PPat is our future 4. Stud.
One of the beefs with AB has been his ability or inability to set up other guys. He did a nice job on several key possessions of setting up other Rockets. On one he didn't get the assist because on the break he passed it in, and there was an additional pass before the bucket, but either way he was looking for teammates and made the right plays. He also had a couple of nice defensive plays. Just looking at the positives.
In his last 5, he is 15/56 from the field for a whopping 26.7%. His FG % should dip under 35% after the Detroit game
