I weigh 190 LBS. and standing at 5'10". I can't say that I'm in shape, but I thought it might be fun to here a big man describe himself. I'm fat, but I'm working on being fatter.
5'10" and 155 pounds. I was always called "skinny"...so i decided to put on a bit of weight...well, the slurpies don't put on healthy weight ...i got up to 168...but now i've stopped drinking pop and stopped eating beef (just temporarily) and work out a bit more often...and it's helped quite a bit. I was at 168 like 2 months ago...and i'm not on a diet or anything...just stopped pop and beef.
5'11" about 155-160 lbs. Not really much fat. My mom and sisters are po'ed that my dad and I could eat what ever we want and not get fat.
Wow cant believe people saying they have a belly and they are less than 200lbs. I am 5' 10' 260lbs. I am currently working out in the gym and hopefully that number will go down.
5foot 6 inches around 150lbs. I have a slim build I am pretty tone. So I know its from working out...i.e. pushups, running, cycling etc.
