If you wanted Morey to pursue one of these players, who would it be? They're both similar players, great defensive players and have a kind of raw offensive arsenal.

Neither are great shooters and excel at creating their own shot but both thrive in the fastbreak. I believe both these players would be a great fit for Adelman's system and we have a realistic shot at least one of them. Both aren't really having a great year as compared to years past but I believe a change of scenery will help these two players emmensely.

    Iguodala's Career Averages: 15.7 pts, 5.8 rebs, 4.7 assists in 38.1 minutes.

Wallace's Career Averages: 13.3 pts, 6.2 rebs, 2 assists in 30.5 minutes. (His averages would be higher if Adelman wouldn't have benched him for three straight seasons.

Iguodala is owed about $56 million over the next four years.

Wallace is owned about $32 million over the next three years.

If I had to choose between the two though, it would have to be Iguodala because of his ability to create plays for others. He was awesome court-vision and is always trying to get his team involved while Wallace is a bit of a chucker.

Who would you choose between the two?

Iggi would put a major dent on our salary cap for the next few years. I would only trade for him it were for Scola (similar long term salary going back). Otherwise, stay away. Actually, even Wallace has a player option for the 2012 season, which scares me as well...I would almost stay away from both players unless we shed some salary from elsewhere...

    Wallace.

Cheaper, and fills a major void at the 3 with his exceptional defense, rebounding, and length.

I wonder how this lineup would fare:

    T-Will
    Martin
    Wallace
    Patterson
    Nene

using their career averages doesn't really work given wallace's particularly low performance as he came into the league very young.

In recent years, the only thing Iggy is better than Wallace at is creating.

Iggy would be good for Brooks and Wallace would be good for Lowry. Brooks is gonna be gone so there's your answer.

    Iguodala more because he's younger.

Iggy can be a long term replacement for Battier. Adding another off the bench shooter in the future won't be so hard.

With the way the Doug Collins has the 6ers playing, I highly doubt Iggy will be available. Seems like Jordan has made it clear that they're trying to shed salary.

    So that leaves Wallace...
