    YA,

Our targets should be Gortat, nene, and mcgee and thats about it at center.

Outside of cousins as our by far and the no 1 target

..................... then we look for the high upside guy that could be a star or border line star like iggy.

I believe Kaman is firmly on the radar; Dalembert & Camby not so much, although Camby makes his home in Houston and probably wouldn't mind coming here. I'm just not too sure what direction the Rockets are looking to go. I mean, if they're serious about contending this year, you would think Melo/Nene/Granger are the 3 names they covet the most, with an outside chance at dealing C. Lee for O.J. Mayo. I touched on this in my blog (down at the bottom of my post), but I just don't know what other options we have right now...

I would be very happy to bring in Rashard.

For the Wizards' draft pick, no more than #1 protected.

Jared Jeffries + Yao for Rashard + Wiz 1st.

He makes a ridiculous amount....but only for two more years. If that nets us a top 5 pick, I'd sign off.

Interesting... Well you cant say that Morey never tried. The problem here is other GM's not making any moves at all because of the overhaul last summer.

I seriously doubt that will change much in one week honestly.

The biggest move for the Rockets I could see would be moving Yao's or JJefferies contract to get under the cap and maybe get a pick out of it.

-No surprise that the Rockets would look at Dalembert as a serviceable Center, but Im intrigued with Kaman. High risk move but could reap a huge reward if his injuries turn out to be freak injuries.

-Morey talking to the Wizards about Rashard Lewis would most likely be about aquiring another player maybe McGee and or their #1 pick next summer.

-To me it seems that Morey is searching for somebody to build around. Not necessarily blowing it up, or upgrading parts.

-Its a chess match this year and nobody else has a Queen to play other than the Nuggets.

Out of Prince, Captain Jax, and Jamison I'd probably choose none. Prince will be a free agent next season and would ultimately be a cheaper rental for the rest of the year, Jackson is NOT a superstar which we are looking for, and Jamison's contract + age are both terrible negatives.

    Thanks for posting, hsf.
