I actually thought it was a smart thing to do. He's showing the world, including Rocks management what the FANS want. With one click of a button.

I could see if he's tweeting, complaining, demanding to be traded, etc. Like he tweeted, you DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW HIM.

There was no excuse for him not to play last night. Instead of him complaining publicly, he simply quoted what other people felt about it. Nothing wrong with that.

You know what he has tweeted regardless of his playing time?
How he can't wait till practice... I'm sure hes getting there on time... Doing everything he's supposed to... Despite the fact that he probably won't see time on the court.

With Sloan as the coach we would be top 8 for sure, with this same exact team. Does Utah have a center? Al Jefferson is a PF and he is well reputed for his weak defense.

Jerry Sloan doesnt/didnt have a shot blocker or any significant interior presence on the defenseive end for a while now. In the recent years who did/does Sloan have on his team besides AK-47 that was a defensive specialist? Okur is a younger Brad Miller, he stretches the floor on offense but has a "please score on me" sign labeled on his jersey for defense. Boozer isnt at all that better on defense than Scola. Miles isnt all that great at defense either, he plays midgets like Watson and Price.

Yet he still manages a respectable defensive record.

Where Aldeamn is known to be a "players coach", Sloan is the exact opposite. He will bite veciously if players dont respond to what he is commanding. Sloan did not ever/never let players see game time who repeatedly made the same mistakes and cost the team games. This is where Aldeamn says - just keep playing, dont worry youll be fine one day. Sloan would never ever put up with the crap Aldeamn puts up with. Yet Sloan was still brilliant in getting the best out of youngsters and no names.

Sloan's defensive schemes allowed weak defenders to still contribute towards shutting down the opposition. He was a genius in his own way. He demanded toughness and dedication. Even that panzi Kyle Korver got more vicious under Sloan - thats just the type of coach he is. We all know how harsh he can be on a player - He called that John Ameachi guy a *** because he was soft. He made it clear to everyone he wasnt going to put up with any panziness.

I know a lot of you guys hate the Jazz and therefore by default fail to recognise any of his positive aspects. To some He teaches his players to flop and thats it. So far from it...

It happens play after play, game after game. This is exactly what I was referring to in my last post. Aldeman simply puts up with it. There is no way Sloan would have put up with crap like that. Once, maybe twice but there would never be a 3rd time. He would have made sure to let the players know what they are doing is costing games and worked with them in correcting it and if they couldnt then he would have turned to some one else.

I have no problems with him retweeting all that stuff. Fans always talk about wanting their voices heard, well there you have it. TWill is "reading your letters out loud".

It is time for Adleman to GO. he is a great coach def but not a great coach for houston. we need to be playing guys like Lee and Williams. Why did we even get williams , is rotting away more in houston than he was in NJ...serously. what was the point? i hate how Adleman doesnt want to disrupt the chemistry on his 26-31 11th place in the West team...give me a break. play these guys.

Do you think it reflects negativly to management that he might not be saying it himself, but he is retweeting it so he basically might as well be tweeting it himself.

-I just think its a smart thing for these guys to get off of Twitter all together so there is no room for controversy, but I understand that he is free to speak his mind. Just understand that Morey, Les, coaches, all these guys see this stuff.

If I Tweeted something negative about my employer there is a good chance that could negatively effect me at work if my boss saw it and that could stand in the way of a promotion, etc. Just saying...

-But for all we know, Morey is fed up with Adelman not playing him too...

Considering how he is rotting on the bench behind currently useless players like Budinger and Brooks and RA seems like he won't be around for next season, I don't see how he needs a good relationship with our current lack luster coach. He just needs to make sure he starts off on a good foot with the next coach. Right now, he has a better chance waiting for RA to resign/get fired/die of old age or stress then getting off that bench for significant PT.

    Adelman isn't going anywhere.

They brought in players that specifically fit the Princeton offense. You can count on a 2-year extension...

I hope not. The sooner they kick RA and Yao out on the curb, the better.

That would be amazing since Utah is currently 18th in defense. Perhaps they're ranked that low because they're lacking a 6'6" center and a shutdown defender like Scola on their frontline?

I still don't understand why a HOF coach would call it quits just 4 days after signing a contract extension. I know he wasn't seeing eye-to-eye with the front office, but all of the details haven't risen to the surface, and I doubt they ever will.

If D-Will really did have a hand in pushing Sloan out the door of the house he built, then shame on him. I don't know if he was necessarily forced out, but it seems like he realized there were irreconcilable differences, felt betrayed by ownership, and just bolted to save himself the pain.

I just remember lots of TWon't fans here saying he is the next TMac after the trade. ...just saying there is a good reason why we got him on the cheap...and this was just another one of DM's gimmicks to quiet the grumblings of another disappointed season.

Obviously, some here bought the bait and just want to see TWon't to play. It's all RA's fault for not playing him. Obvious to me is that if RA play him, then the TWon't fans will really be disappointed and see what a lousy GM DM is.

The NBA is a player's league and has been for quite some time. Magic got his coach fired. Hakeem essentially go this coach fired. It is always easier to find a new coach as long as you have superstars, because talent is the easiest way to win.
