Your right . Again the immature bunch jumped you for being right OP. Oh well. Hope Morey makes them sound right by the deadline or look like dummies once again for this entire time?
Seems you don't understand how this works. The Bulls are also interested in Melo. How can we make a trade with them when they could be possibly dealing away a player Denver wants for Melo? See how that works? Denver may turn around and say "Okay we'll take Asik..." but then they already traded him to us for Lee...or vice versa that Denver may want Lee and Lee could be used in the Melo trade to bring back a big like Nene to us. See how that works? Everyone wants to keep their best pieces just in case.
I remember last year people started panicking in late January or early February claiming that DM could not get anything done and actually getting pissed because nothing was happining on "their" time table. Then on the 12th hour DM got us Kevin Martin, Jordan Hill and a 1st round pick.

Even though it won't happen, I'd like to see this thread kept alive just so we can pile it on in ten days.
If I am not mistaken, the celtics got Ray Allen and Garnett in 2007 and won a championship in the next season? Actually if I remember corectly they got them in the summer of 07 and won a championship in 2007-2008. So to me that is in the same year.
And when we dont, then I can say whatever I want right? I want to see an impact player come here, not someone like T Will who hardly ever plays. That hardly counts as a trade, rather lets dump some players we dont want.
I don't understand why people are so mean to Yao because of his injury. It is frustrating that Yao is so injury-prone. But when he could play, he always contributed 100% of himself on and off the court. This guy deserves some respect. All the other players should learn the lesson from Yao's injury: never play too hard and get injured when playing for the Rockets.
When you are playing a player millions and millions of dollars and you keep getting hurt, it is a waste of money. He may be talented, but if you cant stay on the floor your talent is worthless. Oh thanks for posting.
