Assuming we are adding a player to this team as it is currently constructed then it's Howard for me. He is the only player in this league that would turn this team into an instant contender.
Since this is make-believe I chose other, because I would choose to have a healthy Yao. If I couldn't have that, I would chose Dwight, getting anyone else would not help us imo. We need defense, and we need it in the paint. For the most part we can score on any team, yah we have bad nights, but I feel we only need a closer because we can't defend. If we could protect the huge leads we build, and also have a clutch defense, we would be much much better with our squad right now + 1.
So am I... As for the question, I pick LeBron. Durant may be the best scorer but LBJ is the best all-around player in the league.
I voted Lebron at first, but I changed my mind when I realized how young Kevin Durant was. It's incredible how well he's playing at that age
Durant or Rose. rose to me is the most entertaining player in the league. bulls would be nothing without him and he does it all while not saying a word.
Brian Cook. He has the beautiful shot, great handles, exceptional cheering ability and will not hesitate to take a shot, even if he's in the game for a total of 4 seconds. He is amazing.
Tracy McGrady, I just feel that if we could ever get that guy on this team we would be able to move the ball better and possibly get out of the first round of the playoffs. My 2nd choice would be Rafer Alston.
I voted Kevin Durant because of his age and upside, but my favorite player is Dwight Howard. He brings back flashes of Dream and I like his attitude.
LeBron. I keep telling myself KD will be the best player in the league in a couple years, but I don't see that happening anymore until LeBron gets too old.
