What is the best radio station in Houston for Rockets talk?

790 mornings (Matt Jackson and Adam Wexler) and 790 afternoons (Charlie Pallilo) rule the airwaves.

1560 is 2nd. After that, the rest is garbage.

 

790 in the afternoons with Charlie has recently been focused on alot of Rockets talk. 610 is ok after the games but other than that they never talk about sports really

 

What else is there to talk about? How much more can we bash the Texans? The Disastros are going to suck for the next few years.

610 is just pure garbage.

790 AM with Matt and Adam is the most Rockets talk I've encountered. 2nd probably Charlie on 790. SR 610 is crap with "man show" talk and Texans talk. can never get a good reception for 1560 so haven't had much of an opportunity.

 

And always talking about the Rockets.

790 lineup top to bottom is the best. 610 sucks. They rarely talk about sports, and Rich Lord comes off as a dirty old pervet, and Josh Innes is annoying. I don't mind Dylan Gwinn, but have no issues with AC filling in for him either.

 

The morning show on 790 AM (Matt & Adam) has been talking about the Rockets quite a bit over the past week now that football season is over. I listen to them and Charlie P in the afternoons.

If you wanna listen to a station talk about sports then turn on 790. If you wanna listen to guys make excuses for the Texans and talk about musicians who havent had a hit song in 20-25 years, listen to 610.

NOW Matt and adam in the morning on 610 have some rocket talk but during football season there was none period. I hate 610 though. They claim to be the rockets station bc the games are broadcasted there but they have there brief 5 minute interview with morey or ackerman. They jump off that right away to talk texans.

 

610 sucks balls, exactly how much can you talk about the Texans during the offseason? The sad part is that most people here want to talk about the Texans over the Rockets, so you can't blame 610.

 

Really none of the sports talk station talk rockets for more than a little bit. Its all about the nfl even though though it has ended. How many hours of mark sanchez can you have?
