Ping Pong doesn't require electricity. Further, Air hockey is more a 2d experience, while Ping Pong is a full 3d experience.
This might have been true. I knew a couple of guys that were top 10 in the world and they lived in Houston. I actually did not believe them and looked it up. Sure enough it was true. This was about 15 years ago though.
