I don't really care for Hoopsworld but this kid has been on the spot on a few things in the past.

I don't know what Houston would want from the Bulls though...

But I wonder if Asik is all that. I have to admit I have not seen the kid play. Is he a shotblocker? If the rockets give up Lee, I would think they would want alot more than Asik, but who knows.

Admit his mistake on Courtney Lee. Omar Asik is a throw away player for depth. Tells me how that trade with Ariza worked out. By all means do it Rick. Its a 7ft center. I guess.

If the Rockets gave up Lee, would Williams get any minutes?

I would move for Noah, but it will be tricky because of the PPP.

Cheezey, who know with Adelman. It seems as if Morey and Adelman both want to make the playoffs this season, so I personally don't see Williams getting any clock unless they pull the plug on the season and play their youth. I would really like to see Williams play as he looks to be a natural playmaker.

I don't think that Lee-Asik is fair value. Perhaps something like CLee and JHill for Asik & Taj Gibson? I think Taj > Jordan, so it might help even out things?

This is assuming, of course, that if we're interested in Asik, it would be just Lee for Asik. Doubt it.

Asik is not a big name, by any means, but the guy is SOLID. He destroyed the Jazz frontline last night and has gotten better as the season has gone along. He could become a solid STARTING NBA center over the next few years and could be a big factor down the stretch this season.

That being said, Lee is a starting caliber SG and it will take more the Asik to make the move. I think a 1st rd pick has to be included or a third team to get a bit more value. When Adelman gives Lee serious minutes, the dude produces and would be beyond IDEAL for the Bulls. I do think he ends up with the Bulls at the deadline but it will take more then just Asik.

What? Certainly they'll never consider this. I mean...they told us they had their eyes on Lee for a long, long time. He's the player they really wanted. You don't think that was a fib, do you?

my fear with this trade is that AB will play at SG for a longer time..Twill?! I don't think he'll get any time with Rick as coach...what I'm hatin about now is that the love they are givin to AB...that he won't be traded or blah blah blah..
