Man, we were loaded with guards then. so sad. Robert Reid even came off the bench some years. Reid, Wiggins and Leavell came off the bench in '86, all getting more than 15mpg.

Who says no one can run with Show Time! Don't say that to Lewis Lloyd,,,haha

    Old school: the Whopper.

Some guys were both starter and bench player. Robert Reid would be my '80 guy.

    Championship runs: Elie

    Francis era: Kenny Thomas

    22-streak: Landry

Juaquin Hawkins. Also liked the commercial he and Moochie did together.

You don't have to like Novak, but he kept that streak alive.

Chicken Man is definitely my pick. The Rockets had to score 135 for the chicken. Chicken Man was amazing, the crowd would go crazy when he got the ball, and somehow he was always the one to put us over the top. Maybe the rockets should bring back the chicken promotion.

I'm a little surprised that Chicken Man has not coached the Rockets.

I can't tell ... are you making fun of the coaching staff, his teammates, the broadcast team, the beat writers that cover the Rockets, or his fans on this board?
