It's only trolling if this was a Heat forum, which it's not.

8 Assists as well? And Lebron was doing this from SF not PF, where you should expect you PF to grab rebounds.

This thread is headed towards the unofficial apply Lebron/Kobe nutsack firmly in back of throat thread.

The topic started just as, that Lebron got the first 50 points, and then the Kobe fan boys got offended. People really need to start reporting their trolling..

Lebron is really really really good player, but still I would rather have KOBE when the finals come. Lebron still has limitations... Kobe has none.

-Kobe can be as good of a passer as Lebron when he wants
-Can Kobe rebound as much Lebron? YES, but why would he? He got 2 seven footers there to do that
-I believe Lebron's game consistently won't be as good as it is, if he can be stopped from getting inside. We all know that good defensive teams can limit Lebron. I just don't see Lebron hitting jumpshots 6-7 games in a row. Kobe is far far far more skilled offensively.. he is just banged up and getting old.
-Kobe's attitude, heart, ability, want to win, jerkness is little more than Lebron.

May be Lebron will take over in coming 2-3 years... and hopefully WIN something by then.. until then, he is not the king.

Comparing LeBron to Soulja Boy is well dumb and Soulja Boy first album did go platinum so the comment doesn't make any sense at all.

    Signed the Detroit Pistons.

Boston Celtics limited LeBron last year just like they limited Kobe.

Bron played better against Boston than Kobe did last year and Kobe had a better supporting cast and a better coach.

Other than LBJ, Wade and prob Bosh, the rest of the heat players are crap...

They are just riding on the back of these three to go for the championship... they aren't even a legitimate basketball team in my opinion..

    50 points isn't impressive.

50, 11, 8 is. that's the first time ANY player has put up a statline like that since MJ in 1989 (from ESPN)

    wowzer

although lebron had 52, 11, 11 a few years ago vs the knicks lol

No excuses for LeBron this year. He has a better supporting cast this year. There shouldn't be any references to any limitations LeBron had that weren't his fault this season other than injuries.

You are kidding yourself if you think Kobe can't still go head to head with Lebron on any given night or at least even get close to it. Kobe is getting old and can't do it over the course of the season but he proved last year in the playoffs that he can still turn it on when necessary. Lebron is probably the best regular season player in basketball but if you are talking about the two when giving their all it is still close and Kobe probably still has the edge.

LBJ has easily been the best player for years now.

Kobe hasn't done jack without Shaq and Gasol. It's a team game. Apples to oranges. I remember a Lakers fan telling me that Lebron had Shaq too. I laughed emphatically in his lame face.
