Brady plays on a MUCH better team. Without Vick the Eagles don't even make the playoffs. Look at these stats, who would you rather have? http://www.nfl.com/stats/headtohead...Select+a+Player...&playerFour=Select+a+Player...
As much as i liked Vick (when on Falcons) .......Vick has had a great year this year . But let's no carried away and say Vick doesn't have weapons . He has Desean Jackson , Macklin, Celek, and Mccoy . They have plenty of young weapons on offense. Brady might have the better coach and better overall team , but offense wise i think Vick has better weapons .
Really? if you put the backup QB for New England, I dont think they would make the playoffs, a bunch of no names there. in the Eagles you have DeSean Jackson, McCoy, Maclin.
Any thoughts? Wake over Harrison? SMH... When will they start tracking drawn holding penalties as a stat? But, even ignoring that stat, the 2 ints to 0, 6 forced fumbles to 3 and almsot doubled the total number of tackles outweights 3.5 sacks to me by a large margin. But, I guess this helps Polamalu's DPOY award.

Is DPOY a stat based award? Does wins/team defensive ranking factor in? Matthews is obviously in the debate, but I don't think he's head and shoulders above the competition. Probably between him and Polamalu but there were other stat monsters.
I think other player deserved the award this year, maybe ed reed. Polamalu is an amazing player, but he had better years before.
Congrats to Troy on DPOY. If you follow the Steelers closely then you understand. The fun part is this adds a subplot to the Super Bowl -- Polamalu vs. Matthews.
With the other 2 former DPOYs clashing in Harrison and Woodson. Damn you Kubiak thinking your defense was just fine.
