You are exactly what is wrong with this country. Your lazy ass doesn't want to get up and work for a living, but you'll sure take advantage of a system that has enough flaws to allow you to sue someone for something that your stupid ass shouldn't have done in the first place. Pedestrian right of way is intended for people crossing a street at a cross walk or at least for someone looking both ways before crossing. It is not a law intended to protect morons from dancing like an idiot to horrible "music" they put words to in the middle of the fu***** street! If people like yourself put half the effort into working and bettering themselves as you do in finding get rich quick schemes by taking advantage of the system, our country would be in a much better place. So the next time you cash your welfare check and use honest tax payers hard earned money to buy yourself a computer and internet access, you may want to consider getting off your ass and making something of yourself. There is not an American right of way law. In Texas pedestrians pretty much only have the right of way at crosswalks or control signals. So, don't do this in Texas.
