Yes. AB is all messed up right now. And it seems like the more Rick plays him, the worse AB gets. AB needs a change of scenery, via trade or rehab assignment to the RGV.
Only a few of us seem to be noticing this; I honestly don't think Adelman knows what to do with this group of players. His in game management is just beyond explanation. Admittedly, he is not working with a group of All Stars, but I think some experimentation is in order. It is not like we are chasing the gold ring at this point.
I don't think Adelman deserves the blame he's getting. The players are as mediocre as they come. And until Morey makes a trade, which will happen closer to the deadline, this team will continue to be mediocre. This team is a defensive center away from being above .500, seriously. Maybe not playoff bound but at least above .500.
Bad team keeps it close early but shows it true colors late. No surprise here. When the game is on the line, the bad team can't get a stop and loses big.
I think it's on Morey. Adelman is obviously tied up with Aaron Brooks. It's time for Morey to step in and take that option away from him.
Martin got pulled because of 2 bone headed mistakes he made back to back. He turned the ball over and the Supurs scored on a fast break. Then Martin grabs the ball, throws it across the court having it stolen and the Spurs scoring again.
Sat courtside at the game tonight. Represented our Rockets, and a lot of the Spurs fans were impressed with our effort through the first half. We earned a lot of respect up until then. I am going to have a soar throat for a week. We got beat, but the refs blew a ton of calls. I actually got Bevetta's attention at one point in the game. Sorry the pics are so grainy. Couldn't bring my Nikon in..... Right before the game, I asked Scola to drop 30 and 15 on the Spurs AB was out of sync from the word Go Chase was absolutely lights out in warm-ups With Bill and Bull right after the second quarter. Very nice and down to earth guys. I told Bill I use to watch him on HSE when i was a kid! Chuck Wagon during the timeout.

If boneheaded mistakes is why he sat out pretty much the whole 2nd qt than he's not the only one who should be sitting out the whole quarter.
